Although as a club we actively encourage members to wear club kit wherever possible please don't feel pressured into doing so. It's something that can be built up over time and without breaking the bank.
Surprisingly a Tri Suit is not an essential piece of kit as BTF rules don't stipulate that club colours must be worn when you race but it is a requirement of all England Athletics members to wear club colours to compete in any UKA affiliated events, such as Southend 10k or Brentwood Half, and that rule also applies to Saturday and Sunday cross country leagues too. So if you joined EETC as a first claim member, or you are eligible to run for us second claim, then you'll need to wear your cotton EETC shirt or preferably purchase a club running vest for any running races.
That being said there's nothing quite like crossing the finishing line to a welcoming sea of blue and yellow so wear your EETC colours with pride

Champion System were able to design the kit exactly to our needs but at the same time offer a wide range of kit for different budgets.
