Athletes must the age on August 31st prior to the start of the Competition Year.
Runners score points in each race based on their position, with the first number of runners for each team counting towards a team score.
The races must be entered in advance (at least 48 hours prior to race day). The league now uses the Roster entry system for all of these races. I would recommend setting up an account and entering the races prior to the start of the season HERE. When the entries are open (this will be posted on our internal channels), to confirm that you have successfully entered the races it will show you the start list. Please speak to Charlotte or Ben if you have any questions.
The athletes will be given one number to race in all season, so remember to keep that safe. The numbers can be picked up before the race by a member of the club.
