Scoring

Points are awarded for finishing position – 1st receives 1 point, 2nd receives 2 points etc., low points are good.  For divisions 1 & 2, the first 7 males (including a mimimum of 2 vets) & 4 females (1 vet) from each team score, while in division 3 the first 6 males (2 vets) & 4 females (1 vet) score.  Vets are 40 plus on the day of the race.

Second Claim runners are welcome to take part, but only one male and one female second claim runner can score in each race. If you are joining second claim mid way throughout the season the unfortunatly you will not be able to participate, however if you join as first clim mid season then you are - this is to deter ringers.
