Sunday XC League, Round 5

Hosted by Pitsea Running Club, the fifth and final round of the Sunday XC League will be held on Sunday, 1st February

Venue: Langdon Hills Country Park, One Tree Hill, Corringham, SS17 9NH

Parking: Free, but very limited, so please share if possible.  See map for where to park (bottom of hill).  Toilets are by the upper car park

Time: The race starts at 10am, but please be there by 9.30 latest to register (look out for the EETC feather flag near the start)

Entry: Open to all club member over 17. Club colours must be worn. £5 entry fee payable by transfer or training voucher (no cash please).  If you haven't yet renewed your club membership, please can you do so before Sunday!

Race: 7.2km/4.5miles - muddy!

Refreshments: Hot drinks and cakes will be provided by the host club near the upper car park
