Sunday XC League, Round 2

Round 2 hosted by Rochford RC will be held on Sunday, 30th November:

Venue:  Hockley Woods Car Park, Main Road (B1013), Hockley, SS5 4QR.  Limited parking is availabe within the Hockley Woods Car Park on a first come, first served basis.  Alternative parking is available at Hockley Library Car Park, Southend Road, Hockley, SS5 4PZ (700m walk)

Time:  The race starts at 10am, but please be there by 9.30 latest to register, pay warm-up.  Your Cross Country managers will be there from 9.00 - look out for the feather flag in or near the car park

Course:  7.9km/4.9miles.  The couse is the same as last year in and around Hockley Woods.  It is likely to be very muddy, so it is advised to wear trail shoes or spikes

Entry:  Any club members who are 17+ on the day of the race can take part.  Club kit must be worn.  Entry fee is £5 payable by voucher or transfer (no cash please)

Refreshments:  The site has a third-partly catering vendor 'All Smiles Catering' providing refreshments.  The Bull Inn PH will also be open for you to enjoy a post-race beverage
