Tuesday Evening Run Sessions

The first session back will be on Tuesday 28th July at the usual time 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm so please arrive for 6.20 pm. 

The venue will be Westley Heights Country Park, 1 Dry Street, Langdon Hills, Basildon, SS16 5LT. This is where our Good Friday fun run is held.

If you are planning to attend and so we have an idea of numbers and groups can you please e-mail Zena at membership@east-essex-tri-club.co.uk 

All groups will be no bigger than 5 members. Each Tri-Star group will have a coach. 

In celebration of the virtual 5k runs - the adults will be running the crown to crown 5k route.

Forms will be sent shortly to each member following BTF guidelines and we ask if could you complete and return them. 

Tristars will be asked to sign in and out with the coach leading their group. 

Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell in any way.

Please do not bring along friends, family non-members to attend the session without emailing Zena first. 

We are still finding our way in these new strange times, so please be patient with the coaches, committee and other members. 

We appreciate people have different opinions on how to social distance and the rights and wrongs but we will be following government and BTF guidelines the best we can. 

Finally please note - the toilets will not be open.
