Adult League changes - please read

Unfortunately, the committee has had to cancel the TT and hill climb on 18th October at Hog Hill this year. The venue is closed for maintenance. So the last event of the 2026 Adult League will be the Fast and Furious Duathlon at Gravesend on 1st November.

I have updated the Adult League with the results from the recent Southend 10k. Many congratulations to Charlotte Brooks for coming 1st lady! Well done to everyone who took part.
