The Adult League has been updated

The Adult League has been updated with the results from the recent swim and bike time trials. Well done to all who took part.

I have also updated the league with Louis Le Roux's Ironman Emilia Romagna result. Congratulations Louis awesome result! Commiserations to Rachel Le Roux who, unfortunately, had to pull out on the run. Well done for getting that far, to complete all that training and get to the start line is amazing. Fingers crossed for next time.
