The Adult League has been updated

The Adult League has been updated with the results from Grays Tri, Gosfield Tri and the recent open water swim time trial. I have also updated the league with Ian Black's Ironman and Shane Long's Ironman 70.3 results.

Congratulations to everyone who took part in these events, representing the club at it's best!
