Adult League updated

The Adult League has been updated with the results of last night's swim time trial and the duathlon from Sunday.

Congratulations to those who braved the weather at Gravesend for the Duathlon on Sunday. Special mention for Charlotte Brooks who was first female and Niall Canavan who was third male. Also to Ray Brooks who was third in the Vets category.

A big turn out for the swim time trial last night with the honours on the night going to Charlotte and Ben Brooks.
