Venue: Hadleigh Country Park, SS7 2PP. Entry to the car park is via Chapel Lane which is off the A13 - just follow the brown signs. Please DO NOT park in Chapel Lane. Charges apply & can be paid via Flowbird
Times: The race starts at 10am, but please be there by 9.30 latest to register, pay & warm up. Look out for the EETC feather flag in the car park, and later near the start line. Your Cross Country managers will be there from 9am
Entry: £5 per runner, payable by card or training voucher (no cash please). Any club member can 17+ can take part (guests are not allowed). Please wear club kit
The course: One lap of 6.4km/4miles through the Country Park. Some gravel sections are included, so spikes may not be suitable
Refreshments: Available at the cafe but, unfortunately, will not be free
