Refreshment is on a 'Bring a Bottle' basis so don't forget a drop of your favourite tipple to get the party going and you're quite welcome to bring your own snacks and nibbles too.

The buffet will be available once the presentation has finished.

Presentation/Awards will start at 7.30pm and usually last around an hour ... then it's P.A.R.T.Y.T.I.M.E.

Raffle tickets will be on sale on the night with all proceeds going to: CADGERS.

CADGERS is our local (Southend hospital) group for urological cancers. Any donations they receive are used to purchase the latest equipment available for improved treatments on Urological Cancers. This could be by way of being able to increase the number of patieints per day, thus shortening waiting times for patients. The equipment they purchase has a very high cost and at the moment they have a project which will cost in excess of £20,000.To raise these amounts takes some time but they are making progress and should make it next year! Especially with a little help from our wonderful club!.

Part of the evenings entertainment is the crowning of this year's 'Triathlete of the Year'. We now have a dedicated online voting page for you to cast your votes for this year's male and female, adult and junior, 'Triathlete of the Year'.

Please take a moment, whether attending the awards or not, to visit the voting page, via the link above, for more info on what it's all about and to cast your votes
