So it is that time of year where I usually submit a little write-up about members of the club and why I feel they should be nominated as triathlete of the year!

Each year it gets harder – we have more members than ever and all achieving fantastic goals and results. I usually work from how and when members have represented the club and their league positions – however after a number of hours debating with myself (and a fair few cups of tea) – I have thrown in the towel!!!

You are all just too good!!

So am I doing a brief round-up to remind you of this year’s events – and hopefully one male and one lady will stand out in your mind who are deserving of this award. I have not included everything and everyone – too much there!

Remember you vote for who you think is deserving of the award  - Triathlete of the Year! And you can vote even if you can’t make the awards night –send your from to Neil (or nominate by e-mail neil@east-essex-tri-club.co.uk).
